Nicole Valentino-Potter

Nicole Valentino-Potter, MBA, serves as the Senior Manager of Contract Negotiation at Delinea, a position held since April 2024. Previously, Nicole was the Senior Contracts Manager at Elastic from September 2023 to April 2024, where responsibilities included reviewing and negotiating various commercial agreements and analyzing vendor risks in relation to GDPR. At Sophos, from April 2019 to September 2023, Nicole operated within the Legal department, managing contracts for a global cybersecurity firm. Prior roles include Contracts Negotiator at Kronos Incorporated, Senior Contracts Analyst at Aspen Technology, and Contract Specialist at Global Partners LP.
