Connor W. Norwood, PhD, MHA, is an experienced healthcare professional and leader in data strategy and health policy. As the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Delineate since March 2022, Connor excels in transforming complex data into actionable insights. Concurrently, involvement as adjunct faculty at Indiana University School of Public and Environmental Affairs includes developing healthcare curriculum and evaluating educational programs. Prior roles also encompass serving as Chief Data Officer and Deputy Director of Data & Analytics at the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration, enhancing agency data utilization. Connor's background includes significant contributions as Research Associate and Assistant Director at the Indiana University School of Medicine and as a consultant for the National Governors Association. Academically, Connor holds a PhD in Health Policy & Management, a Master's in Healthcare Administration, and a Bachelor's in Neuroscience, all from Indiana University.
