Michaela Jeffery-Morrison has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Bar Attendant at The Edge Bar from 2008 to 2011. Michaela then worked as a French Mentor at Wath Comprehensive School, assisting students with their GCSE presentations and oral exams. In 2010, they taught English and French as a private teacher at Fiore Peru Language School. Michaela also worked as an Assistant Teacher in a secondary school in Burkina Faso in 2009.

In 2011, Michaela joined Compuware as a Business Development Manager for the Benelux Regions. From 2012 to 2015, they worked at Innovation Enterprise, first as an International Events Director, then as the Director of Global Operations and finally as the Strategy Divisional Head.

Starting in 2015, Michaela joined Ascend Global Media, where they co-founded the Women in Technology World Series and served as the Co-Founder, COO, and Head of Production. Michaela later became the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of the Women in Technology World Series. Their roles in the company also included Managing Director of the Women in Tech World Series.

In 2023, Michaela joined Forbes Business Council as an Official Member. Michaela also became the Managing Director of the Women in Tech World Series at Delinian.

Michaela Jeffery-Morrison completed their education at the University of Sheffield from 2007 to 2011, where they pursued a degree in Modern Languages with Interpreting, focusing on French and Spanish.
