Bakul Gupta

Bakul Gupta, PhD, is a seasoned professional in the field of nanotechnology and drug delivery, serving as Co-founder and CEO of Deliver Biosciences since June 2019, where the focus is on innovative cell-targeted delivery of cures. Prior to this, Bakul was a Venture Founder at Deep Science Ventures from January to June 2019, addressing critical challenges in drug delivery. Bakul's academic career includes research as a Research Associate at Imperial College London and a Postdoctoral Research Associate at UNSW Australia, where valuable work involved nanovesicle uptake studies and biomedical biosensors. Bakul possesses a Bachelor of Science and a PhD from UNSW in Nanotechnology, complemented by a Diploma in Innovation Management, as well as experience in commercialisation training programs and academic teaching.
