Charlène Aubert

Charlene Slapak Lambros, RN, MS, is an experienced nursing professional with a specialization in nursing informatics. Currently serving as the KP HealthConnect Inpatient Application Coordinator at Kaiser Permanente Information Technology since April 2003, Charlene is a clinical documentation expert and leads care plan and patient bedside education initiatives. Previously, Charlene worked as a Nursing Systems Analyst at John Muir Medical Center, where implementation of the A4 Healthmatics ED application took place in a level one trauma center. Prior to this role, Charlene was a Senior Business Consultant for Convergent Medical Terminology at Kaiser Permanente IT, modeling clinical concepts. Charlene began their career as a staff nurse in a Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Nursing Informatics from the University of California, San Francisco, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Case Western Reserve University.
