Kevin Mireles

Kevin Mireles has had an extensive work experience, starting in the year 2000. Kevin began their career as a Product and eBusiness Manager for Maintenance Management at Mainsaver/Cayenta, overseeing an $8 million product line. Kevin then moved on to Mitchell International, where they worked as an eBusiness Product Manager, managing a widely-used application and implementing efficient processes.

In 2003, Kevin joined DSS, where they played a key role in turning around a failing startup, increasing their customer base from less than 10 to over 90. Kevin then joined FedEx in 2006, taking on various roles such as Product and Marketing Manager and Senior Product Manager. During their time at FedEx, Kevin led successful marketing and product management initiatives, as well as developed strategies for sustainable logistics.

Further into their career, Kevin co-founded YesWeWill in 2020, a platform that enabled voters to easily find their elected officials and give feedback. Kevin also worked as the Chief Sustainability Officer at EcomHalo, where they led sustainability efforts for Next Level Distribution and developed a GHG emissions calculator.

Kevin's most recent role was as the Chief Sustainability Officer at Delivered, a new national parcel carrier that aimed to provide faster, cheaper, and sustainable service to shippers. Overall, Kevin Mireles has demonstrated expertise in sustainability, logistics, and product management throughout their career.

Kevin Mireles obtained their Bachelor's degree in Latin American Studies from UCLA in 1994. In addition to their degree, they have obtained certifications such as SAF practitioner Scaled Agile for Teams 4.0 from Scaled Agile, Inc. in March 2017 and SAFe® 4 Certified Agilist from the same institution in April 2018.
