Leonardo Battaglia

Leonardo Battaglia has a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry. Leonardo began their career in 2012 as a Head Waiter at Criniti's. In 2014, they became the Restaurant Assistant Manager at Cucina North Adelaide. In 2017, they took on the role of Food and Beverage Coordinator at Sheraton Parco de' Medici Rome Hotel. In 2018, they were the Breakfast Manager at Grand Hotel Plaza. In 2019, they became the Restaurant Manager at Sofitel. Currently, they are a Business Developer at Deliveristo.

Leonardo Battaglia has a varied educational background. Leonardo completed a Diploma of Business Management from Salford College Adelaide between 2014-2016, with a focus in Economia aziendale/manageriale. Leonardo is currently attending Fondazione Italiana Sommelier from 2020-2022. Leonardo has also taken an online course from Università Bocconi in Food and Beverage Management.
