Sonia Gentile

Sonia Gentile has worked in a variety of roles since 2014. Sonia began their career as an Assistente marketing at BMW Ambros Saro Spa in 2014, followed by a HR Thesis worker role at Philips in 2015. In 2016, they were a Tirocinante at Bricocenter Italia, and from 2017 to 2019 they worked at KPMG Italy as a HR - Talent Attraction and Acquisition & People Development, Recruiter and Employer Branding Specialist, and Tirocinante Risorse Umane KPMG S.p.A. Italia. In 2020, they worked at w.academy - Business School as a HR Lecturer, and at Startup Geeks as a HR Coach & Mentor. Sonia was also a Trainer at Just Knock in 2022, and a Mentor & Trainer at School of Work in the same year. Currently, they are the Head of HR at Deliveristo.

Sonia Gentile has a comprehensive education history. In 2021, they obtained a certification in "Risorse Umane: strumenti testistici dell’orientamento scolastico e professionale, e selezione del personale" from Centro C.F.S. - CONSULENZA E FORMAZIONE SPECIALISTICA and was also recognized as a Psicologa by the Ordine degli Psicologi della Lombardia. In 2020, they completed an Abilitazione all’esercizio della professione di Psicologo - Sez. A from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore. From 2014 to 2016, they earned a Laurea Magistrale in Psicologia delle organizzazioni e del marketing from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore. Finally, from 2010 to 2014, they earned a Laurea triennale in Scienze e Tecniche Psicologiche from Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca.
