Anup Gaurav

Anup Gaurav is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and compliance across prominent organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Engineering and Country Head for Deliveroo in India, Anup focuses on scaling the company's development center. Previous roles include heading APAC Payments and global verification and compliance at Stripe, and senior engineering leadership positions at Amazon, contributing to foundational technologies and package delivery innovations. Anup has also co-founded Amenda Technologies, acted as a consultant at IBM, and held various technical roles at SapientNitro and UnitedHealthcare. Anup holds a B.Tech degree in Computer Science from Gurukula Kangri Vishwavidyalaya.
