Engy Jarrouj

Engy Jarrouj is a Global Diversity and Inclusion Program Manager at Deliveroo, with a robust background in promoting social equity and diversity within various organizations. Previously, Engy served as a Diversity and Inclusion Specialist at Framestore, where responsibilities included drafting and executing a Social Equity Strategy and collaborating on diversity initiatives. Engy has also contributed as a mentor for ACCESS: VFX and Syrian Youth Empowerment, focusing on inclusion and education for marginalized communities. An outreach ambassador at Norwich University of the Arts, Engy authored "BlueBirds," a short story that highlights the experiences of children affected by the Syrian conflict. Engy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Animation from Norwich University of the Arts, a writing course from the University of Oxford, and an International Baccalaureate from United World College Mostar.
