Priyanka Kaul has a wide range of experience in design and research roles. Priyanka currently serves as a Senior Design Manager at Deliveroo, starting in April 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Service/UX Design Director at Fjord, Part of Accenture Interactive from April 2021 to March 2022.
From 2019 to 2021, Priyanka held the role of Service Design Lead at Paper Giant, where they led the service design strategy for various projects, including the 2025 New Employment Service Model and the Consumer Data Right Framework within the energy sector. Priyanka also led the service design strategy for onboarding state services and third-party organizations into the Digital Identity Program.
Before joining Paper Giant, Priyanka worked at Wing as a Lead UX Researcher from January 2019 to January 2021. Prior to that, they held the same role at Airtasker from October 2017 to December 2018. Priyanka also worked as a Lead UX Consultant at The Friendly Agency from January 2017 to October 2017.
Earlier in their career, Priyanka gained experience at BT Financial Group as a User Experience Designer, contributing to the BT Panorama project, and as an Associate Architect. Priyanka started their professional journey as a Technology Graduate at Westpac from February 2011 to February 2013.
Priyanka Kaul completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) and commerce (BC) degree at UNSW in 2007, with a focus on Engineering. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Information Technology with an UNSW Co-op Scholarship from 2008 to 2010. In 2018, they obtained certification as a User Experience Design Course Instructor from Academy Xi.
