Colin Taylor

Colin Taylor possesses extensive experience in educational strategy and data systems, having served as Associate Director and Partner at Delivery Associates from January 2022 to July 2023. Prior to this role, Colin held several positions at the District of Columbia Public Schools, including Chief of Data Systems & Strategy and Deputy Chief of Data & Strategy, spanning from June 2013 to December 2021. Earlier career highlights include serving as Research Manager for the Office of the Governor in Maryland and as a Research Assistant at the Harvard Center for Education Policy Research. Colin also gained legislative experience as an intern with the United States Senate's HELP Committee Education Office. Colin holds a Master of Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of Notre Dame.
