Emma Hayward is a strategic consultant currently serving as a Delivery Leader at Delivery Associates, focusing on local public-sector innovation and capacity building while advising on the Bloomberg Philanthropies Global Mayors Challenge in US cities. As Treasurer for Princeton ReachOut 56-81-06, Inc., Emma manages financial operations for a grant-making social impact nonprofit. Formerly, Emma was a Doctoral Candidate at the University of Pennsylvania, where research centered on judicial accountability and access to justice across diverse regions. Additional roles include consulting for The Cloudburst Group on women's land tenure in the Horn of Africa, serving as a Research Analyst at the Washington Institute for Near East Policy, and collaborating with the Fulbright Program to document indigenous educational movements in Morocco. Emma holds a B.A. in Near Eastern Studies from Princeton University and a Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania.
