Carlos Gonzalez

Carlos Gonzalez is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in global operations and strategic management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Global Operations QCommerce at Delivery Hero since March 2020, Carlos has successfully executed a global product integration strategy, significantly improving operational metrics and achieving notable cost savings in the MENA region. Previously, Carlos co-founded and scaled COLECTIVO ATL-XOLOTL, enhancing brewery capacity and gaining brand recognition through international collaborations. Additional roles include Merchandising Manager at Wayfair, where significant SKU growth was achieved, and Head of the Department of Institutional Agreements at SRE, where Carlos developed over 300 international cooperation agreements. Educational qualifications include an MBA from ESMT Berlin and participation in the Global Network for Advanced Management Exchange Program at Yale School of Management.
