Dr. Katalin Kiss

Dr. Katalin Kiss, LL.M, serves as the Director and Head of Group Corporate Law at Delivery Hero since September 2016, leading the Corporate and M&A Law Department and overseeing group subsidiaries in over 70 countries. Prior roles at Delivery Hero include Sr. Legal Manager and Global Equity Plans Lead, focusing on Capital Market Law and managing legal aspects for share-based compensation plans for approximately 5,000 global beneficiaries. Dr. Kiss has also gained experience at talabat as Legal Co-Lead on an IPO project, at Dentons as an Executive Legal Assistant to an M&A and PE partner, and at White & Case LLP in a similar capacity. Dr. Kiss holds a Master of Laws in International Financial & Commercial Law from King's College London and a Juris Doctor from Károli Gáspár University.
