Rukshan Fernando

Rukshan Fernando is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in frontend development and team leadership. Currently serving as a Staff Software Engineer at Delivery Hero since August 2021, Rukshan has effectively led and managed a team of frontend engineers while providing mentorship and technical guidance. Prior roles include Senior Software Engineer positions at Sendinblue and Fixico, as well as Software Engineer at Zone24x7, where Rukshan also led the frontend team. Rukshan's career began as an Associate Software Engineer at Amaze Media Sdn Bhd. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree (Hons) in Computer Science from General Sir John Kotelawala Defence University, a Higher Diploma in Computer Science from Infortech International, as well as a Higher Diploma in Computer Graphics from Techno Vision. Rukshan completed high school with a focus on Mathematics at Royal College Colombo.
