Shahab Khalid

Shahab Khalid is a seasoned security professional with extensive experience in various roles focused on security engineering and consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Security Engineer at Delivery Hero since July 2021, Shahab collaborates with product teams to enhance security strategies and implement data privacy requirements. Previous experience includes conducting penetration tests and developing security solutions in the fintech sector, leading security assessments at Trillium Information Security Systems, and serving as a Security Engineer and Lead Developer at VUL9 Security Solutions. Additionally, Shahab has held a DevSec Ops Engineer position at Wanclouds Inc., where responsibilities encompassed developing security standards and automating security processes. Shahab began academic involvement as an Undergraduate Research Assistant in Cyber Security at COMSATS Institute of Information Technology, where a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science was earned from 2013 to 2017.
