Jennifer Bennett has a diverse work experience spanning over different roles and industries. Jennifer started their career as a Customer Care Specialist at Roche Diagnostics, where they provided technical support for Diabetes products. Jennifer then moved on to Pearson, where they first worked as a Sales Operations Analyst, supporting sales associates and managing customer accounts. Later on, they became an Employability Solutions Consultant (Account Manager), responsible for managing national accounts and selling education products. Currently, Jennifer is working at Delivra as a Customer Success Manager, where they have held both the roles of Customer Success Manager and Senior Customer Success Manager. Their focus in this position is on establishing trusted relationships with key accounts and ensuring successful delivery of company solutions.
Jennifer Bennett completed their high school education at Mt. Vernon High School in Fortville, IN, from 1999 to 2002. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science at Indiana University Bloomington, graduating in 2006. In addition to their formal education, they obtained three certifications in 2016: "Structured" from Clearfit, "Structured" from Clearfit, and "Well Organized" from Clearfit.
