Bob Dredger is a seasoned technology professional currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Block 3, where they lead the strategic direction in cyber, geospatial, and intelligence technologies critical to national defense. From 2016 to 2024, Bob held various positions at the United States Department of Defense, including CI Digital Threat Investigator and Counterintelligence Special Agent. Bob is also the founder and former Chief Executive Officer of Sphinx, a defense contractor specializing in cybersecurity and counterintelligence services, where they drove technology innovation and led a team of experts. In addition to their extensive experience, Bob serves on the board of Naible, offering strategic guidance in the development of advanced AI solutions.
