Charles Cheung

Charles Cheung has extensive experience in supply chain management and operations, currently serving as Vice President of Global Supply Chain Operations at Dell Technologies since 1998, where responsibilities include managing the supply chain across Asia-Pacific and Japan, as well as overseeing key manufacturing facilities in Malaysia and China. Cheung established Dell’s first Supply Chain Management Institute and previously held positions such as Managing Director of Dell (China) Co., Ltd, focusing on strategic investment and local government relations, and Executive Director of Global Supply Chain Operation. Prior experience includes director roles at Honeywell and production management positions at Owens Corning and Procter & Gamble. Cheung holds a PhD in Supply Chain from Tianjin University and an EMBA in Operations Management from Zhejiang University, alongside a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Zhejiang University.
