David Leese

David Leese is an experienced leader in online optimization and experimentation, currently serving as the Experimentation and Insights Senior Manager at Dell since September 2011. In this role, David manages a global team of optimization managers and drives online optimization strategy across both B2C and B2B sites. Previously, David held the position of Global Online Optimization Manager at Dell, where responsibilities included developing strategies for major program releases, building cross-functional consensus, and utilizing data analytics to identify optimization opportunities. David's earlier experience includes roles at Britannia Building Society as a Website Analyst and a Customer Services Advisor, as well as teaching Science at Alsager School.
