Ela Krishnan is a seasoned technology executive with over 25 years of experience in software product development and leadership. They have held significant roles in various organizations, including Vice President of Software Development at Dell Technologies, where they lead multiple engineering teams and fostered a culture of innovation. Previously, Ela served as Director of Engineering at Wyse Technology, significantly expanding the engineering organization and enhancing product offerings. A distinguished alumnus of the Vellore Institute of Technology, Ela also contributes as an Academic Counsellor, updating engineering curriculum to ensure industry relevance.
