Erica Jackson is a Principal Engineer and Solutions Architect currently working on Project Fort Zero at Dell Technologies. With over 28 years of leadership experience in cybersecurity, intelligence operations, and program management across both government and private sectors, Erica has been recognized for spearheading strategic initiatives and managing high-performing teams. Prior to their role at Dell, Erica served as a Zero Trust Lead at the National Security Agency, where they directed the Native Zero Trust Cloud initiative. Erica began their career as a SIGINT Analyst in the U.S. Army and has continually demonstrated expertise in Zero Trust architecture and cross-functional collaboration. Erica is pursuing further education at Cornell University from 2025 to 2027.
