Harry Spear has extensive experience in sales and management within the technology sector, specifically at Dell Technologies from April 2006 to October 2022, where roles included Director of Sales for the Central Division of Unstructured Data Storage Solutions and Regional Sales Director for the South Central Unstructured Data Division. In these leadership positions, Harry Spear managed a team of Account Executives while overseeing operations across 21 states in diverse markets such as Commercial, SLED, Higher Education, Healthcare, Corporate Acquisition, and Enterprise Acquisition. Prior to this, Harry Spear served in various sales roles at Western Kentucky University from January 2001 to January 2006 and holds a degree from Western Kentucky University.
