James Guajardo is an experienced engineering and technical program manager with a strong background in enterprise storage solutions and advanced packaging development. At Dell, from August 2015 to January 2022, James managed the qualification of new hard drives and solid-state drives for enterprise servers, while currently serving as a technical program manager responsible for launching new support services offers that have significantly increased revenue across multiple business lines. Prior to Dell, James worked at NXP (formerly Freescale Semiconductor) from December 2004 to January 2009, where contributions included piloting an environmentally preferred packaging program and leading cross-functional teams for new wafer technology implementation, resulting in substantial cost savings.
