Joanne Zampino

Joanne Zampino is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director of Global Sales Learning & Development at Dell since September 2003, where responsibilities include overseeing training initiatives for Consumer & Small Business, Retail, and Client Solutions Group segments and leading a team of thirty-three across fourteen countries to support over 5,600 team members. Previous roles at Dell include Retail Business Consultant, Consumer Sales Trainer, Outbound Sales and Resolution representative, and Inside Sales Representative, achieving multiple awards for excellence in sales and training. Earlier in the career, Joanne was a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Middle Tennessee State University, focusing on student performance evaluation and coaching. Joanne holds a Master of Arts in English Language and Literature and a Bachelor of Arts in English, both from Middle Tennessee State University.
