Kensuke Tawa

Kensuke Tawa is currently the General Manager of Human Resources for Japan at Dell Technologies, a position held since 2023. Previously, Kensuke held the role of Talent Acquisition Director for Japan and served in various HR and asset management capacities at Goldman Sachs, including HR Manager at Goldman Sachs Realty Japan and Asset Manager/HR Manager with Abilitas Hospitality. With a solid foundation in human resources, Kensuke's career includes significant roles at Microsoft and Fujitsu, where they managed talent acquisition and HR initiatives. Kensuke holds a Bachelor's degree in Policy Studies from Kwansei Gakuin University, earned in 2002.
