Lauren Lyn is an experienced research and design leader with over twenty years specializing in UI/UX and application design. Currently serving as the Director of the Experience Design Group at Dell EMC since 2021, Lauren has previously contributed to prominent companies such as Boeing, IBM, Dell, and Microsoft in various roles, including Senior UX Designer and Human Factors Consultant. Lauren's expertise includes making complex projects approachable, focusing on user-centered design, and facilitating collaborative team environments. Lauren earned a Master of Science in Psychology (Human Factors) from the University of Idaho.
