Paul Kurth

Paul Kurth has over three decades of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as the Director of Executive Talent Acquisition at Dell since September 1996. Prior roles include Senior Executive Recruiting Manager at Dell, Executive Recruiter at Computer Search International from 1994 to 1996, and Recruiter at Corporate Source Group from 1993 to 1994. Paul began his career as an Assessment Consultant and Territory Manager at Consulting Psychologists Press (CPP), Inc. from 1990 to 1994. Paul holds a Master’s degree in Counseling and Career Development from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
