Kary began the career as an Admissions Representative at Quest Education, followed by roles at Wordsworth Academy, Robert Half International, and Cyberrep in various recruitment and human resources capacities. With an M.S. in Counseling Psychology from Frostburg State University, Kary has developed a robust skill set in recruiting, talent acquisition, and employee relations over the years.
