Scarlett Jazesf

Scarlett Jazesf serves as the Vice President of HR Infrastructure Solutions and AI Center of Innovation at Dell Technologies, where responsibilities include leading human resources for the Infrastructure Solutions Group and collaborating with the Chief AI Officer to establish Dell's AI Center of Innovation and Excellence. Jazesf has a rich background in strategic HR, having previously led initiatives for emerging businesses such as Telecom/5G and Cloud, and has held various senior HR roles focused on infrastructure solutions and global manufacturing operations. Before joining Dell, Jazesf worked as a Relocation Specialist at Prudential Relocation, assisting new hires at Dell. Jazesf holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Texas State University.
