Holly Ann Walker

Holly Walker is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in organizational development, employee engagement, and strategic HR management. Currently serving as VP of People at Flexe since May 2020, Holly leads various HR functions including Recruiting, HR Business Partners, Learning & Development, and Program Management, instrumental in steering the company through its rapid growth following a Series D funding round. Prior roles include Senior HR Business Partner at Smartsheet and zutily, where contributions focused on culture and engagement strategies. With a Master's Degree in Organization Development from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, Holly has also engaged in consulting roles across multiple organizations, enhancing their HR practices and employee experiences.
