Tim Gosai has accumulated extensive experience in customer service and account management within the technology and aviation sectors. Beginning a career at British Airways as a Help Desk Analyst from January 1995 to January 1998, Tim focused on fault resolution and procedural improvements. Following this, Tim served as an Intel Specialist at IBM UK LTD from June 1998 to November 2006, implementing server specifications and configurations. Tim transitioned to roles in security and support account management, including positions as a Technical Account Manager at McAfee (November 2006 - March 2010) and Service Manager at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (May 2013 - May 2016), ensuring customer satisfaction and security service delivery. Subsequently, Tim served as a Support Account Manager at BlackBerry (June 2008 - January 2013) and a Service Account Manager at EMC Corporation (July 2016 - March 2025), managing relationships with global enterprise accounts and conducting service reviews.
