Tim Groves

Tim Groves is a purpose-driven HR executive leader currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Dell Technologies, where they partner with the Chief Supply Chain Officer to support Global Operations. Previously, Tim held multiple leadership roles within Boeing, overseeing HR for substantial teams across various locations and focusing on talent retention and organizational optimization. Tim's earlier experience includes serving as an Administration Supervisor in the US Navy and Human Resource Manager at Culligan Water Company and A&W Bottling Company. Additionally, Tim is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from American InterContinental University and a Master's degree in Human Resources & Employee Relations from Penn State University.
