Della Group has grown exponentially and pivoted into 6 new business verticals . Pearl has played a management role in the conceptualisation, Ideation & strategic implementation of each of these businesses.

She has spearheaded various departments within the organization in the past 17 years, Her forte lies in scaling new business verticals, evangelizing partnerships, streamlining operations and driving revenue growth in the business.

Currently she heads the Hospitality division something that she has set up from scratch with Founder Jimmy Mistry. Today Della Resorts stands as the No 1 Most valued resort in India. She infuses a fresh perspective and energy to the Group’s core management team. She is actively involved in strategic sales plans to achieve overall business objectives.

She has diligently worked on diversity and inclusion policies for the Group. As a woman leader who has taken the business forward by leaps and bounds in the last decade, she is a role model for the younger generation.
