Erik J. Sanford

Erik J. Sanford is an experienced professional in the fields of Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) and Building Information Modeling (BIM). Currently serving as the Director of MEP/VDC at Dellbrook | JKS since September 2022, Erik has held various significant roles including VDC/BIM Director at Dimeo Construction Company and Co-Chair of the BIM Roundtable at the Boston Society of Architects/AIA. Previous positions include VDC Manager and VDC Specialist at Skanska USA Building Inc., Director of Virtual Construction at Richard White Sons, Inc., and Geotechnical Field Technician at The Geotechnical Group. Erik's military service includes time with the 82nd Airborne Division. Erik holds a Master's degree in Global BIM Management from ZIGURAT Institute of Technology and an AAS in Civil/Structural Technologies from Massasoit Community College.
