Kristin Golden

Kristin Golden, PMP, currently serves as an Assistant Project Manager at Dellbrook | JKS since June 2023. Prior to this role, Kristin held various positions at The Ockers Company from July 2020 to June 2023, including Integrated AV Division Manager and Project Manager, where responsibilities included facilitating scope review meetings and managing client communications to ensure project delivery within budget and timelines. Kristin’s earlier experience at Hill & Partners Branded Environments as a Project Manager and Associate Project Manager involved overseeing installations, vendor management, and client support. Additionally, Kristin has experience at Poyant from September 2016 to March 2018 as a Project Manager and Field Services Scheduler, and had a significant role at Poyant Signs, Inc. from April 2011 to June 2016 as a Project Manager. Throughout these roles, Kristin demonstrated strong project management skills, effective vendor relationship building, and a commitment to maximizing efficiency and client satisfaction.
