Lorna Butler-Harkins has over 17 years of work experience in the customs and international trade industry. Lorna started their career at Livingston International in 2004, where they worked as an Office Management and Import Analyst until 2011. In 2011, they joined Delmar International Inc. as the Manager of Product Improvement Canada for a brief period. In 2017, Lorna became the Canada Product Process Manager and Regulatory Specialist at Delmar International Inc. Lorna later assumed the role of Director of Customs Operations for Ontario, where they manage branch operations and provides guidance and support to the staff. Lorna is known for their coaching skills and the ability to implement efficient processes.
Lorna Butler-Harkins has a diverse education history. In terms of formal education, they attended Mohawk College from 1987 to 1989, where they studied Health Care RNA. Lorna also pursued specialized knowledge in the field of customs. Lorna completed a Customs Professionals License program offered by the Canada Customs and Revenue Agency. Additionally, they received training in Customs Laws and tariffs from the Canadian Society of Customs Brokers. In 2013, Lorna obtained their Customs Professionals License from the Canada Customs and Revenue Agency.
