Stephanie G. began their work experience in 2005 as a Junior Consultant at Robert Coppenrath and Associates. Stephanie then joined L'Oreal in 2006, where they held roles such as Human Resources Counselor for the Luxury Products Division and Corporate, Benefits Advisor and Disability Management, and Human Resources Counselor for the Supply chain. In 2010, Stephanie joined Delmar International Inc as a Human Resources Manager, where they were responsible for implementing and managing the HR department, recruitment and talent management processes, coaching managers on employee performance and discipline, and overseeing all HR matters in North American offices. In November 2020, Stephanie was promoted to the role of Director, Human Resources, North America at Delmar International Inc.
