Leopoldo B. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Leopoldo started their career as a Business Analyst at Arthur D Little in 2002 and worked there until 2005. Leopoldo then joined CEMEX and held various roles such as Regional Performance Improvement Coordinator, Commercial Strategy Manager, and Business Development Manager. In 2011, Leopoldo joined Delmar Systems and took on different positions including Business Development & Advisor to CEO, VP Americas, Commercial Director, Chief Commercial Officer, and currently serves as the Managing Director - Vryhof. Leopoldo's expertise lies in commercial strategy, business development, and operational management.

Leopoldo B. attended Colegio San Ignacio from 1984 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in High School. Leopoldo then enrolled at Universidad Simon Bolivar from 1998 to 2003, earning a degree in Industrial Engineering with a specialization in Production Engineering. Later, from 2008 to 2010, they pursued an MBA degree at Harvard Business School.
