Victor Remmers

Victor Remmers has extensive experience in engineering, particularly in the offshore and dredging industry. Since August 2009, Victor has served as a Senior Engineer at Vryhof, focusing on the development and improvement of mooring systems and anchors, while performing non-linear Finite Element Analysis (FEA) calculations and introducing Abaqus Explicit analyses. Previously, Victor worked as an R&D Engineer at Vryhof, contributing to the entire process from concept to full-scale anchor testing. Prior experience includes a role as a Consulting Engineer at Holland Engineering Consultants, where Victor conducted project-based FEA calculations and provided instruction in Pro/ENGINEER and Pro/MECHANICA. At Unilever, Victor developed bakery machinery, including the design and commissioning of a filled croissant rolling machine. Early career roles included various positions at Multec Uitzendbureau. Victor holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Delft University of Technology.
