Don Elmore

Don Elmore, P.E. is an experienced Engineering Manager who has worked in various engineering roles at companies such as Delmarva Power, PECO, KBR, Inc., Northrop Grumman Corporation, and Sargent & Lundy. With a degree in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech, Don has expertise in power distribution, controls, instrumentation upgrades, substation maintenance, and industrial control projects. Throughout their career, Don has led teams and managed projects related to substation construction, equipment engineering, and industrial control and instrumentation upgrades.
