Ted Waugh

Ted Waugh has extensive work experience in the engineering field. Ted started their career as an Engineer at Delmarva Power in 1982 and later became the Lead Supervising Engineer in 2006. In 1997, they joined Conectiv as a Project Engineer and worked there until 2003. Ted then joined Pepco Holdings, Inc. as a Lead Engineer and has been working there since.

Ted Waugh received their B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Delaware, where they attended from 1978 to 1982.
