Guido Ridolfi, Ph.D., EMBA has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Guido currently serves as the Chief Operations Officer at Delmic since May 2022. In this role, they are responsible for defining and implementing the business strategy of the company's business unit, identifying market opportunities, managing key customer relationships, directing the distribution network, and providing guidance to the marketing team. Guido also organized and conducted a symposium attended by leading experts in the field of electron microscopy for life sciences applications.

Before joining Delmic, Guido worked as a Global Product Manager at Shawcor from April 2018 to December 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Innovation and Development Lead at Heerema Marine Contractors from October 2013 to March 2018. Additionally, Guido has entrepreneurial experience as a Co-Founder of Ortsa Prime from May 2012 to May 2013.

Guido Ridolfi, Ph.D., EMBA has a strong educational background in aerospace engineering and business administration. Guido began their academic journey at Politecnico di Torino, where they obtained a Master's degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical Engineering from 2003 to 2008. Building on this foundation, Guido pursued a Ph.D. in the same field at Politecnico di Torino from 2009 to 2012.

Demonstrating a commitment to academic excellence, Guido further pursued their Ph.D. in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical/Space Engineering at Delft University of Technology from 2012 to 2013. This additional doctoral program added depth to their expertise in the field.

Recognizing the importance of business knowledge in their professional development, Guido undertook a Master of Business Administration (MBA) program at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, from 2018 to 2020. This Executive MBA program equipped him with the necessary skills and insights to excel in senior leadership roles.
