Guilherme Tessarolo, M.Sc.

Guilherme Tessarolo, M.Sc. has a diverse work experience background. Guilherme is currently working as a Business Controller at Delmic since June 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Controller at Grupo Motociclo from June 2021 to May 2022. From December 2020 to May 2022, they were a Partner at scienns, where they also held the role of a New Business Manager from October 2018 to December 2020. Guilherme has also worked as a Controlling Analyst at ArcelorMittal Brasil (April 2021 to June 2021) and at Grupo Motociclo (December 2020 to April 2021). Additionally, they served as a Volunteer Professor in the Department of Production Engineering at UFES - Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo from February 2017 to July 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a Controlling Analyst at Wine.com.br (May 2015 to October 2016) and as a Junior Auditor at Baker Tilly International (July 2013 to July 2014). Guilherme started their career as an Electrical Engineering Trainee at ArcelorMittal Brasil from March 2012 to December 2012.

Guilherme Tessarolo, M.Sc., has a diverse education history with a focus on accounting, finance, and data science. Guilherme completed their Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business from Ufes - Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo in 2009-2013. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from UNIVIX - Faculdade Brasileira in 2008-2012.

To further enhance their knowledge, Guilherme pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Control and Finance from FUCAPE Business School in 2013-2014. Guilherme then returned to Ufes - Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo to complete their master's degree in Accounting and Finance in 2017-2020.

To expand their skills in data science and analytics, Guilherme enrolled at USP - Universidade de São Paulo in 2021 and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Data Science and Analytics.

Additionally, Guilherme has obtained several certifications to enhance their expertise. These include a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt from The Council for Six Sigma Certification (CSSC) in 2022, a certification in Data Science and Machine Learning: Making Data-Driven Decisions from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2021, and a certification in DA-100 Analyzing Data with Power BI from Mindworks in 2021.

Furthermore, Guilherme has completed certifications in Redes naurais artificiais em R from Udemy in 2021, Chartered Accountant from CFC - Conselho Federal de Contabilidade (CFC) in 2015, Advanced English from Kaplan International Languages in 2015, Chartered Electrical Engineer from Crea-ES in 2014, and Upper-Intermediate English from Dorset College Dublin in 2012.
