Nigel O'Brien

Nigel O'Brien is a seasoned construction professional with experience spanning over a decade, currently serving as a Project Coordinator at Delnor Construction since November 2017, where responsibilities include acting as a BIM Coordinator, Site Coordinator, and engaging in commercial estimating, alongside daily project coordination tasks. Prior to this, Nigel held various roles at MakLoc Buildings Inc. from March 2011 to October 2017, including Estimator, Project Coordinator, and Draftsman, demonstrating expertise in reviewing RFQs, attending site visits, creating Inspection and Test Plans, and drafting steel details using AutoCAD and Inventor. Nigel O'Brien possesses a Project Management Certificate and an Engineering Design and Drafting Technology Diploma, both obtained from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology, and a High School Diploma from Ecole JH Picard.
