Andy Pearson

Andy Pearson is a Director in Global Finance at Deloitte, responsible for worldwide technology finance and accounting. With over 20 years of experience in corporate finance, accounting, and business operations, Andy has a proven track record of delivering effective solutions to organizational challenges while fostering talent development through hands-on coaching. Previously, Andy held senior roles at the Tennessee Valley Authority and Gannett, among others. Andy holds a B.S. in Accounting from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee, an M.B.A. from the University of Tennessee at Martin, and completed a leadership program at Vanderbilt University. Additionally, Andy co-chairs Deloitte’s Hermitage EmpowereD council and is a member of the Diversity & Inclusion council at Deloitte Global Finance.
