Arno Esterhuizen

Arno Esterhuizen is an experienced IT professional specializing in IT Service Management (ITSM) and ServiceNow consulting. They began their career at Naspers as a Systems Engineer and later held various leadership roles, including IT Operations Manager at 24.com and ICT Operations Manager at NSFAS. Arno has played pivotal roles in major infrastructure projects and process improvements throughout their career. Currently, they serve as a ServiceNow Process Architect at Quintica and hold the position of Manager in Enterprise Technology & Performance at Deloitte. They have also obtained an ITIL Expert certification and a degree in Electronics from Stellenbosch University.
