Blake Stevens

Blake Stevens, CPA, currently serves as the Advisory Manager for M&A Transaction Services at Deloitte, a position held since June 2021 after advancing from Senior Consultant in the same division. Blake has significant experience in financial reporting and controls, specializing in ASC 842 "Leases" and conducting assessments on asset valuations and purchase price allocations for mergers. Previous roles at Deloitte included Audit Assistant and Audit Senior, where responsibilities encompassed substantive testing, managing audit schedules, and reviewing SEC disclosures.
