Brooke Sinclair

Brooke Sinclair is a People & Culture Leader currently serving as the Director and Chief of Staff to the Culture and People Officer at Deloitte. With a strong background in HR strategy and business transformation, they have designed and scaled strategic HR initiatives that connect business and people strategy. Previously, Brooke held various positions at Deloitte, including Senior Manager in the Culture and People Office, where they modernized organizations and led significant projects. Their early career included consulting roles at Rotman NeXus Consulting Group and research at Queen's University, as well as service in the Government of Yukon. Brooke holds an MBA from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management.
